Usually 60 to 90 minutes depending on size, coat and temperament. Long-haired pets needing de-matting can take longer. We never rush a nervous animal to hit a time slot.
Yes, please. Someone needs to hand the pet over and settle them afterwards. Most owners stay nearby — pets are calmer knowing you're around.
A parking spot, and access to a water point if possible. Beyond that, just tell us about your pet's temperament and any health issues in advance.
It's usually better for them. No car journey, no unfamiliar salon, no other animals barking nearby. We take a slow start and stop if a pet becomes distressed.
Every four to six weeks for most dogs and long-haired cats. In Abu Dhabi's heat and dust, thick-coated breeds often need it sooner. Short-haired pets can go longer between full grooms but still need regular nail and ear care.
Tell us in advance and we'll come prepared. Severe matting sometimes needs a short clip rather than brushing out — pulling at heavy mats hurts, so we'll always choose whichever option is kindest.
